We rely on: performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests; and your consent where required.

Where processing relies on legitimate interests, these may include: protecting Real Estate Pro against fraud and abuse; account and platform security; maintaining service reliability; troubleshooting technical problems; improving usability and performance; and protecting and enforcing legal rights. These interests are balanced against the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Certain account, billing and project information is required to enter into or perform the contract. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to create the account, process the subscription or provide the Service.

Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Real Estate Pro.

Real Estate Pro does not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals.

We share data with categories of service providers as needed, including hosting/infrastructure, payment processing, billing/e-invoicing, AI/video processing, security, and email/support providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Where a transfer outside the EEA occurs, it takes place only subject to an applicable lawful transfer basis and appropriate safeguards as required by data-protection law. Information about applicable transfer safeguards may be requested at realestatepro.be@gmail.com.

• Account data: for the duration of the account plus any legally required period.
• Invoices / accounting data: for the statutory retention period.
• Project metadata: while the account remains open or until deletion is requested/required.
• Technical logs: for a limited operational/security period.
• Uploaded / generated media: only for as long as needed for service delivery and availability, subject to provider and storage limitations.

Subject to applicable law you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and you may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. In Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
